Premier Cleaning and Home Solutions, LLC (Neat Freak Cleaning & Home Solutions) puts our clients first. We want our clients to come home and feel satisfied with the work that we have provided. In the event that you are not satisfied with our services we will gladly review and correct the areas in question. Our goal is to provide you with the happiest experience possible. We do not offer refunds.
All services must be paid immediately upon booking. Once an online appointment has been made you will receive a confirmation email. All unpaid bookings are subject to cancellation.
Although we know sometimes things happen last minute. All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours. In the event that you cancel appointment after 24 hours you may receive a credit for services that can be applied towards a future appointment. If you are not available to give your Neat Freak specialist access to your home please notify us at the time of booking and one of our representatives will reach out to you to gather instructions on how to gain access in a secure manner. In the event that your specialist is unable to access your home and you are not there the full amount of the service will be billed.

You have to right to reschedule. In the event that you must reschedule we will gladly accept your request for your first appointment as long as we have been advised within 24 hours. Any request to reschedule appointments after, the client will be charged $15.
In the event that NFC must provide the client with a reschedule date, NFC must advise the client within 6 hours prior to the clients scheduled appointment. NFC will attempt to reassign a new specialist to the original appointment. In the event that NFC is unable to assign a new specialist NFC reserves the right to reschedule an appointment at a later date and time that is convenient for the client. In the event that NFC must reschedule the client will receive a credit applied towards the service being rendered.
NFC offers a 100% guarantee on our services. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with the services and you were present to review the specialist’s work after completion we will schedule a alternate specialist to go over any areas that were not cleaned to your expectations within 24 hours of your initial scheduled.
